When you request an appraisal or send an enquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, property information, preferred contact method and anything you choose to include in your message.
We may also process limited technical information needed to keep forms secure, understand referral sources and prevent misuse.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide requested real-estate or appraisal services, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
Property updates or other marketing communications are sent only where you have chosen to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
Storage and service providers
Information may be handled by approved website hosting, email, communications or customer-management providers solely to deliver the service. Personal information is not sold.
Production providers, retention periods and access controls should be documented and reviewed before launch.
Cookies and analytics
Essential technology may be used to deliver and protect this website. Non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking must not load before appropriate consent is obtained.
No non-essential analytics is enabled by default in this build.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you. Where appropriate, you may also request deletion or raise a privacy concern.
